Millennials, in particular, face hurdles in navigating the complexities of social interaction, which can impact their personal and professional lives significantly.
Recognizing the importance of addressing this issue, we are thrilled to introduce the “Social Competence Check for Millennials” (SCCM) project, set to launch in October 2023. Our goal is clear: to equip Millennials with the social competencies necessary for career success, civic engagement, and active participation in society..
Our Approach

- Comprehensive Social Skills Assessment Tool: Our team has developed a detailed assessment tool specifically tailored to Millennials. This tool will help individuals gain insight into their social strengths and areas for improvement, laying the groundwork for personalized growth.
- Resource Pack for Individual Training: Alongside the assessment tool, we provide a comprehensive resource pack for individual training. This pack includes materials and audio files accessible via an e-platform and mobile app, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all users.
- Multilingual Accessibility: To reach a wider audience, our materials and tools are available in seven languages: English, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Slovak, and Slovene. This ensures inclusivity and enables integration into various educational and training programs.
