Social Competence Check for Millennials
The ‘Social Competence Check for Millennials’ (SCCM) is a European project funded under the Erasmus+ Program, started in October 2023.
We focus on the unique social skills and competences needed by Millennials today to achieve career success, engage in civic activities, and meaningfully participate in society through the sharing of common values.
Our commitment is to address the unique needs of this generation with a Detailed Social Skills Assessment Tool specifically designed for millennials, a Resource Pack for Individual Training with comprehensive materials, and an e-Platform and Mobile App for easy, on-the-go learning.
All materials and tools, created within the project, will be freely available in seven languages: English, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Slovak, and Slovene.
